From when the customer books on your website using WebRES, to that reservation being filled at the counter, these products, produced by Thermeon, are designed to automate the whole rental process, allowing you to concentrate on managing your business.

So how does it work?
Set-up & installation
The server and database set-up is performed by us. Based on your answers to a detailed questionnaire, we create your database on our servers. Pearson Computer Systems will set your system up according to your company policies and how you want your staff to operate. This process is effortless as far as you are concerned, most of the data setup is done by us. In this way you, the customer, do not need to be trained in the more complex areas of the system management. We will set it up and continue to amend and manage it to your request, leaving you to get on with the running of your business.
Training
For most initial training we will come to your place and train you and your staff. After that we don't just leave you to it, we will follow that up with on-line training using Session Shadowing. This allows us to "attach" ourselves to the working session of any other user, and train your staff remotely. Each user has control of the keyboard and sight of the same screen. There is no better or simpler way to train your staff on site and on the job.
Support
You can tailor how you want to contact us. This can either be by email, phone, fax or even online. Our online support system opens up a huge array of information sources to every user and, in particular, gives rapid access to support services, information and the status of any previous requests.
Pearson Computer Systems has nearly 30 years experience in the car rental industry. Our staff only work with car rental companies and several have held jobs in the car rental business. So we aren't just a bunch of theorists. We know the business and we know our product and we deal with many different companies in different markets and countries. Data Management
CARS+Internet has many complex features and the ability to promote highly sophisticated marketing structures that maximise your potential revenue. Normally the management of this would require considerable in-house expertise. With CARS+Internet all you need to do is tell us what you want to achieve and we'll set it up for you. There are still some things you have to manage for yourselves, setting up new account customers and loading your fleet details but the really tricky details are all done by Pearson Computer Systems.
Data Security
All data sent through CARS+Internet is encrypted for maximum security. Our servers are housed in secure, air-conditioned premises. All data is backed up regularly and archived to protect you against any potential computer failure. Have no fears, CARS+Internet is far more secure than having your own server on site.
